RegisteredNurse (RN) Supervisor $90+/hr Details of the job:

Start as soon as possible

3rd shifts available – Rotating weekend shifts may apply

Competitive Pay Range of starting at $90/hour

Nearby MBTA access and plenty of free on‑site parking

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff during 3rd shift operations

Ensure high‑quality patient care by coordinating nursing activities and addressing patient needs

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, mentorship, and evaluations as needed

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient admissions, discharges, and care plans

Oversee staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for all units during the shift

Respond to and manage medical emergencies, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, incidents, and operational activities

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or similar clinical setting

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role

Prior experience working in a public hospital with mega‑surg responsibilities

Active RN license in Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS preferred
