T1 is looking to hire an HR Director to be the on-site leader for T1 Energy's G1 Facility in Wilmer, TX. This is not a desk only, policy from afar type of job. You'll be embedded in facility operations, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Facility General Manager and leadership team to support the people who keep the facility running. You'll partner closely with the CHRO and corporate HR team to execute company-wide people strategies in a way that actually works on the floor. What You'll Do

Own HR for the facility - hourly and salaried - end to end.

Be the first call for employee relations issues and tough conversations.

Coach facility leaders on performance, accountability, and people decisions.

Support onboarding and workforce planning for all roles.

Keep the site compliant without slowing the operation down.

Partner with corporate HR to roll out programs, policies and reporting.

Help scale the facility while protecting what makes culture work.

Who You Are

A seasoned HR leader with real manufacturing or factory experience.

Comfortable on the floor, not just in meetings.

Direct, fair, and consistent - people trust your judgement.

Calm under pressure and solid when things get messy.

Someone who believes strong culture and strong execution is inseparable.

Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience, with manufacturing/factory experience required.

Experience supporting hourly workforces in fast-paced environments.

Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.

Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certification a plus.
