The Role You'll help run the day-to-day of people operations: onboarding new hires, managing offboarding, administering benefits, maintaining compliance, and keeping our systems (Rippling) organized and accurate. This is a hands‑on execution role in-person in the San Francisco office with room to shape processes from scratch alongside the Chief of Staff.
What You'll Do
Run onboarding end-to-end: equipment, accounts, orientation, first-week experience
Manage offboarding logistics and documentation
Serve as the go‑to person for benefits questions and enrollment
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
Keep Rippling clean and up-to-date
Handle HR operations tasks as they come up—you'll wear many hats
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR, or similar
Familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Good judgment on sensitive matters
