Own the nursing process — from assessment through evaluation — to deliver personalized, evidence-based care. Build meaningful connections with patients and families, honoring their values, cultures, and care goals. Be the mentor you wish you had — guide, coach, and lift your fellow nurses and interdisciplinary teammates. Participate in decisions that impact patient care tools and systems. Support continuous improvement through data, research, and patient safety initiatives. Resource Management & Care Planning Plan proactively across the full patient care journey. Help shape protocols that enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions. Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( Required ) RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) —
Required Experience with computer data entry —
Required. ~ Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems —
Preferred.
