Regional Director
to expand and lead their presence in North Carolina. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in growing markets, building strong teams, and elevating new advisor performance through hands-on support, coaching, and recruiting.

What Youll Do:
Market Growth & Strategic Expansion:
Drive expansion efforts in the North Carolina market Execute a regional growth strategy that aligns with the firm's goals Forge partnerships that increase visibility and revenue
Leadership & Culture Development:
Coach and mentor new financial professionals Foster a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and long-term success Support existing teams and develop new markets with intention
Recruiting & Retention:
Lead advisor recruiting efforts for both experienced and early-career professionals Prioritize cultural fit and long-term alignment over short-term volume Partner with internal recruiting to deepen talent pipelines
Advisor Enablement & Client Excellence:
Support the firms comprehensive financial planning model Help advisors deliver high-value client experiences using innovative tools and technology Champion advisor growth while encouraging ownership and independence
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of leadership experience in financial services, wealth management, or related fields Strong track record of recruiting and training/mentoring commission-based financial professionals Experience as a Financial Advisor (required) Sharp marketing and business development acumen Passion for developing people, building culture, and growing markets Licensed with Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Strategic thinker who thrives in entrepreneurial environments
