We are looking for a
Home Care Aide
to join our team!
We care equally as much for our Aides as we do our clients.
You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining proper nutrition. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with transportation needs, including errands, medical appointments, and social activities (if applicable). Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, or living conditions to supervisors or family members. Flexible Scheduling monthly In Services that will serve as your North Carolina State approved. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience is a plus (but not always required).
