Home Care Worker

Job Description Job Description We are seeking CNA, HHA, and DCW workers to become a part of our team! You will provide routine personal care to clients at their homes or in a care facility. Par-time, Full-Time, and, every other weekend shifts are available (we're looking to fill shifts immediately). Responsibilities: Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in patient health status Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages Teach family members ways to care for the client Qualifications: Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to handle physical workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills COVID Vaccine or weekly testing required Know the Philadelphia, Jenkintown, and Abington area Must have reliable transportation Documents needed Valid driver's license valid social security card Negative TB test (chest X-ray, QuantiFERON gold bloodwork) Physical wellness Background check Fingerprint Child abuse clearance Two professional references Any certifications or diplomas Company Description Home care agency providing care to clients at home.
