Anderson Dahlen Description: Gray’s Specialty Equipment segment offers a comprehensive range of expert services, including design, manufacturing, integration, installation, and maintenance of some of the most advanced systems in the food, industrial, pharmaceutical, and vacuum science markets. The Specialty Equipment segment includes Anderson Dahlen, located in Ramsey, MN and Waconia, MN. Anderson Dahlen specializes in stainless steel and specialty alloy fabrication and is ISO 9001:2015 certified, as well as ASME, AWS, and PED compliant. The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; A reasonable estimate of the current range is $23 to $28 hourly/annually. Hours of position are 6 am to 6:30 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Performs a full range of rough grinding, polishing and metal finishing operations on components, manufactured parts and assemblies in accordance with prescribed specifications. Examines and feels surface of metal to detect defects, such as dents, scratches, or material defects. Complete projects within established guidelines and time frames according to our quality standards. Understand and follow all company policies and procedures. Monitor quality of goods produced. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY: High School Diploma/GED, 2 years in manufacturing industry, preferred. A high level of attention to detail is a must as aesthetic appearance is critical. Must be able to select the proper abrasives for each application to achieve the specified finish using the most efficient process. The company fosters a manufacturing-type environment.
