Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Our ICU sees a wide variety of patients and diagnoses, offering educational opportunities and a great learning environment for new nurses. The TCU cares for acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU or needing close monitoring—perfect for developing critical thinking skills . ✅ Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN program Current RN license (or compact license) Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs., prolonged standing/walking Ability to adapt to stressful situations & communicate effectively Certifications: ❤️ BLS (within 30 days of hire) ACLS Other unit-specific certifications as required Ready to make an impact?
