You’ll put your technical skills to work by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems—including AC units, furnaces, boilers, and mini-splits—while providing outstanding service that ensures each customer feels confident in their home’s comfort. Your Day-to-Day: Serve residential customers with a positive, professional attitude. Diagnose, service, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including ACs, Furnaces, Mini-splits, Boilers, etc. Recommend solutions and provide guidance to help customers make informed decisions. Complete service reports and document all work accurately. Should never have to run a recall as they ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied before they leave their home. 2 years of HVAC field experience, service preferred EPA Type II or Universal certification required Valid Driver's license required Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus! Whether it be on the road, or in the field.
