The ideal candidate is skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care. REPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Perform system installations, replacements, and preventive maintenance Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions Ensure that work meets company standards and local codes Maintain accurate service records and documentation Provide exceptional customer service on every call REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of HVAC experience (or equivalent training) EPA Certification Valid drivers license and clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and technical skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments Excellent communication and customer service skills WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive pay hourly rate of $30 to $42 per hour Overtime opportunities Company vehicle, tools and uniforms Paid holidays and sick days, vacation days Health Insurance APPLY TODAY!
