Shift Details The following shifts are available: Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:45pm - 10:15pm (base pay with shift differential = $17 - $18 / hour) Overnight Shift: Schedule options listed on application, 9:45pm - 6:15am (base pay with shift differential = $15 - $16 / hour) Weekend Shift: Saturday - Sunday, 5:45am - 10:15pm (base pay with shift differential = $16 - $18 / hour) Responsibilities Responds to call lights and resident needs Assists the resident in maintaining independence in activities of daily living Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents. Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help. Assist patients with mobility Obtains and records vital signs, weights, input, and output as needed. Document care provided in the electronic medical record. Monitors for changes in residents are reported to nursing staff as warranted. Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment and equipment. Comply with all community policies and procedures, including infection prevention and control. Participates in all in-service programs to expand and develop abilities.
