Chevo is hiring a
Mission Support Program Director
to lead a critical infrastructure mission support program. Ideal candidates will come with program and project management, program and project planning support, data governance and performance management support. This position allows for significant client interaction at the highest levels and to become the trusted advisor. This position is a hybrid work environment, with onsite client engagement expected occasionally, office located in Washington DC.
Responsibilities
Oversee comprehensive acquisition support service implementation
Manage cross-functional team performance and deliverables
Coordinate strategic planning across procurement, data management, and compliance functions
Develop and maintain quality control processes
Ensure alignment with agency mission and regulatory requirements
Interface with government leadership and stakeholders
Manage contract transition, performance, and reporting
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required, masters in business administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred
7-10 years progressive federal contracting and program management experience
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-functional government service contracts
Proven track record of team leadership and strategic planning
Advanced knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and compliance protocols
Experience with strategic planning and cross-functional team leadership
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Experience with DHS, ICE, or federal law enforcement support services strongly preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Suite of software applications
Ability to develop and implement quality control processes
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, ten (10) years of progressive federal program management experience will be considered
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances
SALARY RANGE:
$110,000 - $120,000 (subject to change)
