Job Description Summary This role will lead program management and execution of PayPal's data marketplace product coordinating with teams across different risk stripes, multiple product, and engineering teams.

Essential Responsibilities

Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.

Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs.

Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.

Establish and maintain program management processes and standards.

Monitor program progress and performance against objectives.

Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership.

Manage program budgets and resources.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Expected Qualifications

8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment.

Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to manage complex technical programs involving data, ML, and risk systems.

Strong understanding of data architectures, APIs, and cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, Snowflake).

Experience orchestrating multi‑team engineering initiatives from concept to production release.

Demonstrated ability to partner with cross‑functional leaders in product, data, and risk domains.

Able to convey complex technical information clearly.

Bias toward execution and delivery.

PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350.
