What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist in developing and executing events to engage alumni and parents, identifying and cultivating prospects
Coordinate with central-led annual giving programs to enhance donor retention and participation
Create Elliott School–specific messaging for marketing and outreach efforts
Manage stewardship efforts, including donor acknowledgment processes and maintaining accurate records
Perform additional duties as assigned that are logically related to the position
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel locally and nationally as necessary, and work some evenings and weekends
Adeptness at handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Interest or experience in international affairs
Willingness to make cold calls with donors and prospects
Proven ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with donors
Excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
