Controller/VP of Finance (Bay Area – Semiconductors)
High-growth semiconductor manufacturing business in the Bay Area is looking for a Controller/VP of Finance to join their team. You will be reporting directly into the CEO and managing a small accounting team while working closely with an international subsidiary (based in India).
Base pay range $230,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial activities of the business – reporting, cash flow analysis, planning and budgeting, etc.
Develop internal controls policy.
Prepare all financial statements and forecasts.
Manage all compliance‑related issues across the business.
Oversight of payroll and procurement controls.
Daily bookkeeping/controller activities.
Migration from Quickbooks to advanced ERP.
Qualifications
CPA.
Prior experience in manufacturing (ideally semiconductor manufacturing) industry.
Deep knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance regulations.
Experience working with Indian subsidiaries is ideal (not a hard requirement).
MUST be located in the Bay Area and able to work in-office.
