We need a leader who ensures everyone is performing their duties. You will be responsible for overall operations, cost control, inventory, cash handling, customer relations, scheduling, ordering products, training, hiring, and meeting profit goals. A profit share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs. Job Requirements & Duties
Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant – cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations. Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures at 100% compliance. Make schedules, order products, train team members, and hire. Manage profit goals and a profit share bonus is awarded based on cost control. Qualifications
At least 18 years or older. Preferred 1 year of restaurant general management experience. Additional Information
