About the Team We are looking for an ambitious FP&A Senior Manager to join our team at Turo. This position will work closely with Finance management and key business partners to drive detailed revenue forecasting, analysis, and planning across the business. You will be instrumental in delivering our revenue forecasting and insights that help to drive Turo’s strategic objectives. You will own complex forecasting models across different countries and work closely with executives and functional leaders across Turo to plan and forecast our revenue, monetization, and other strategic growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Own and evolve revenue modeling across all countries, building and maintaining robust, scalable financial models that explain performance, forecast outcomes, and support long‑range planning.

Lead improvements to forecasting accuracy and process, including upgrading underlying assumptions, methodologies, systems, and end‑to‑end workflows to make forecasting more reliable, repeatable, and decision‑ready.

Partner closely with business leaders to translate financial results into clear insights—helping stakeholders understand what’s happening in their business, why performance is changing, and what actions matter most.

Perform deep‑deep ROI and investment analyses, supporting strategic decisions across growth, product, marketing, and operations with clear financial trade‑offs and recommendations.

Play a critical role in board‑level and external presentations, owning performance narratives, metrics, and financial storytelling for senior leadership, the board, and external stakeholders.

Own month‑end and ongoing performance management, including variance analysis, forecast vs. actual reviews, and clear communication of risks, opportunities, and drivers.

Act as a thought partner to leadership, bringing structure, rigor, and financial perspective to ambiguous problems and helping raise the overall bar for FP&A across the organization.

Your Profile

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with availability to work from the office three days per week.

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting; marketplace or B2C experience at a fast‑growing technology company preferred.

Strong experience building complex financial models; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Proven ability to deliver rigorous financial analysis and actionable insights to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, Aleph, and NetSuite preferred.

Bonus if you have

Obtained your MBA.

Interest in deepening modeling expertise and learning new tools as needed (e.g., SQL).

Compensation & Benefits For this role, the target base salary range in San Francisco is $172,000–$215,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
