This individual will be responsible for developing programs that drive business outcomes for Meta’s largest and most advanced advertisers. They will manage the planning, strategy and execution of scaled campaigns across email, in-platform and media channels, driving results for our largest advertisers. They will develop campaigns varying from personalized individual recommendations, all the way up to large‑multi client campaigns/events/trainings, and support workshop development for our tentpole events such as Meta Performance Marketing Summit. The team's current marketing programs are focused on the tactical guidance and advanced optimizations / strategy that will improve advertiser ROAS and drive incremental revenue for the business.
Base Pay Range $122,000.00/yr - $176,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage scaled campaign strategy across email and on-platform channels for our large advertiser audience
Assess advertiser strategy and identify opportunities to adjust tactics, develop strategies, and create scaled campaigns, workshops and enablement materials that improve client results and drive revenue
Develop strategy and execute marketing programs that align with business priorities (e.g. best practices, Reels, etc.) by assessing advertiser needs and defining scope for, proposing, and gaining leadership alignment for new opportunities
Assess, plan and drive forward marketing technology projects that create efficient and optimized processes, and ensure we effectively reach key advertisers
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years professional experience in marketing in a digital advertising or growth marketing focused role
Demonstrated expertise in paid social advertising, specifically Meta's advertising suite, and email marketing channels
Experience to communicate complex, strategic concepts within digital advertising clearly and concisely
Experience with analyzing data sets and delivering insights in Advertisements Manager, Excel, or data visualization tools
Experience creating effective campaigns and presentations
Experience to form effective partnerships with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience training or mentoring others on digital strategy
Experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other data and analytics tools
Experience with A/B testing and lift based measurement

Compensation Details $122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
