KUNZ is redefining the future of construction project delivery by integrating digital design, engineering, and production control to drive predictable outcomes at global scale. We combine deep expertise in BIM, data analytics, and field integration to enable the world’s most advanced data center programs.

Our work connects design intent to field execution through model-based workflows, structured data, and collaborative cloud environments that promote transparency and efficiency from design through turnover.

Role Overview As a BIM / VDC Site Coordinator, you will support the deployment, management, and daily operation of digital design models and data at active construction sites. You’ll work closely with project design teams, general contractors, and Owner representatives to ensure that digital deliverables in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) are accurate, organized, and usable for field teams.

This role is ideal for someone early in their BIM/VDC career who is ready to take on site-facing responsibility, grow their technical expertise, and help drive consistent digital practices on data center projects.

Major Responsibilities ACC Administration & Digital Controls

Assist in setting up and maintaining Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project environments in alignment with Owner and program standards.

Manage user permissions, file organization, and documentation workflows.

Monitor model uploads, version control, and issue tracking to ensure data quality and traceability.

Support updates to BIM standards, BEPs, and program templates used across projects.

Support coordination of multidisciplinary design and construction models, including basic clash detection and issue documentation.

Participate in coordination meetings, assist with capturing action items, and maintain ACC issue logs.

Perform model checks for completeness, scope alignment, and readiness for field consumption.

Assist with quantity takeoffs and model-based reporting when requested.

Site Integration & Handover Support

Facilitate AE-to-GC model handover processes, ensuring ACC setup and file transfers follow standard procedures.

Support field teams with accessing models, reviewing updated drawings, and tracking redlines.

Help maintain digital as-built data and closeout documentation in ACC.

Generate routine model status updates and coordination summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain project logs, trackers, and documentation to support consistency across multiple sites.

Capture lessons learned and contribute to improvements in digital delivery processes.

Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and Navisworks.

Familiarity with typical BIM coordination processes; experience with data centers or large industrial projects is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with design, construction, and Owner-side teams.

Interest in growing toward a more advanced BIM/VDC leadership role within KUNZ.
