We are looking for a Market Director in San Francisco to lead asset growth and cultivate client loyalty. The role involves serving as a financial advisor to personal clients while managing branch responsibilities, overseeing financial results, cost and risk management, and fostering a positive business culture.
Responsibilities
Serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing branch responsibilities.
Be responsible for financial results, overseeing cost and risk management.
Attract, recruit, develop and retain skilled talent.
Coach all team members, providing appropriate training and ensuring development measures are results-oriented and transparent.
Manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational, and HR governance risks.
Your expertise
Ideally 5-7 years of experience with a leading financial institution.
Proven experience creating strong partnerships.
Series 7, 66 and 9/10 licenses.
Motivated, self-directed and driven.
Skilled at creating a positive business culture.
Compensation
US Only: $250,000 to $350,000 base salary. The role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
