Average of 1-4 inpatient or ED consults per day
Join a collegial, well‑established practice of 6 ENTs
Work at a state‑of‑the‑art, Top 100 hospital, located in North Dakota's largest metro & affiliated with an award‑winning medical school
General/Bread & Butter ENT, with the option to incorporate a subspecialty focus if desired
Extremely robust clinical & administrative support – dedicated APP to assist with all things inpatient or consult related
$150K signing bonus
Comprehensive, executive‑level benefits: 35+ days off, 5% 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice with tail coverage, relocation stipend & more
