What you'll do We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Negotiation and Collaboration team. You will own key projects from definition through implementation and ongoing improvement, building user‑facing products that leverage the latest AI technology to augment human work. You will collaborate with UX Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to bring features to market.

Responsibilities

Develop product plans for key initiatives and prioritize features based on long‑term vision, launching lean MVPs.

Work directly with customers to identify product opportunities, gaps, and challenges.

Collaborate closely with UX Design and Engineering to deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Champion user needs and goals; incorporate customer feedback, competitive analysis, and team input for continuous improvement.

Translate requirements into user stories and specifications.

Provide clear guidance throughout the product development process to ensure successful implementation.

Define and track key business metrics and goals.

Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales for go‑to‑market activities.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience.

3+ years of experience in product management for complex business or enterprise applications.

Experience balancing long‑term strategic work with near‑term execution.

Strong decision‑making skills in ambiguous situations.

Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate product decisions clearly.

Proven track record of shipping user‑facing capabilities.

Degree in Business, Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience with legal, sales, and procurement‑focused B2B software products.

Hands‑on experience working with LLMs or agentic workflows.
