What you’ll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets, elevate win rates, and optimize sales processes across all territories.
Provide visionary leadership and coaching to Sales Managers and a large team of Account Executives, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on exceeding quotas while ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional sales experiences.
Collaborate strategically with Customer Success leadership to develop and implement initiatives that maximize customer retention, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure a seamless customer journey from prospect to go‑live.
Design and implement effective territory management strategies and action plans, ensuring optimal market coverage and resource allocation to capitalize on key opportunities and drive consistent results.
Analyze sales performance data and market trends, refine strategies, and provide insightful reporting to executive leadership on KPIs and progress against goals.
What we look for
Proven track record of 7+ years in progressive sales leadership roles, managing and scaling large direct sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes that have resulted in measurable improvements in revenue growth and win rates.
Deep understanding of full‑cycle sales processes and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decision‑making and optimize sales effectiveness.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills, with a proven ability to build, motivate, and retain high‑performing teams in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to understand market dynamics, develop compelling value propositions, and contribute to overall business strategy.
