Head Of Sales AI Systems
Intuit is seeking a highly self‑motivated, data‑driven, and detail‑oriented people manager to lead its AI Systems across Sales. This role will manage a high‑performing team that defines the overarching AI workflow strategy, implements scalable, integrated process and technology solutions, and drives AI initiatives to boost revenue and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
AI Strategy For Sales : Define and lead the AI strategy for Intuit’s Sales organization, aligning with overall business goals and objectives.
AI System Design : Oversee the design and integration of AI tools that enhance sales processes—lead scoring, forecasting, pipeline management, and customer insights—ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
Opportunity Identification : Identify key opportunities for AI‑driven enhancements in sales processes, performance metrics, and customer engagement.
Project Portfolio Management : Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, resources and deliverables, and prioritize initiatives to meet business requirements.
Project Execution : Lead the design, development, and deployment of prioritised AI applications tailored to the sales function, translating business needs into concrete solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Management : Establish KPIs to track AI performance, continuously analyse impact and optimise outcomes.
Thought Leadership : Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies, sharing insights with senior leadership to evolve the strategy.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing Sales Operations team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a numerate or business‑related subject (e.g., Business Management, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Operations, or Consulting.
Managerial experience with a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
Extensive experience with process design, standardisation and continuous improvement, translating business needs into actionable priorities.
Track record of working with internal product teams on internal tool development projects and/or third‑party solutions.
Proven experience in setting and executing AI strategies, ideally within a sales or customer‑facing function.
Experience with sales automation tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and engagement technologies.
Familiarity with inside‑sales tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach) and CRM‑integrated productivity platforms.
Strong understanding of sales processes and tools, with experience implementing solutions that enhance productivity and outcomes.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently and drive initiatives in a cross‑functional environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
Proven stakeholder‑management experience across Sales and Product organisations.
Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools, able to convey complex information clearly.
Compensation and Benefits: This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with Intuit’s compensation and benefits plans. Pay range is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location:
Bay Area, California: $210,000 – $284,000
Southern California: $186,500 – $252,500
