We’re seeking a strategic and polished finance leader to join our team as Director of FP&A. This role will serve as a strategic business partner, supporting decision-making through insight, analysis, and forward-looking guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Base pay range:

$160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop, maintain, and refine dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance, product launches, and investment opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional leaders, articularly in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, to provide actionable insights that drive growth and profitability.

Drive SKU-level analysis and rationalization to improve margin performance, inventory productivity, and working capital efficiency.

Design and maintain executive dashboards and performance reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics.

Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, delivering clear, concise presentations to executive management and the board.

Identify key performance trends and variances, and provide thoughtful recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Manage and develop a small team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, collaboration, and communication.

Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, long-range planning, and sensitivity analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

8–12 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in consumer products, apparel, or cosmetics.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven success presenting to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Advanced financial modeling and Excel/BI tool proficiency (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau).

Strong analytical mindset, with experience driving SKU rationalization and building decision frameworks for product portfolio optimization.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Demonstrated executive presence and professional polish suitable for a growing, brand-driven organization.
