Brereton is hiring a seasoned Senior Project Architect/Manager to lead the execution of complex architectural and interiors projects from concept through completion. This leadership role combines project oversight, client management, team mentorship, and a strong focus on quality, budget, and schedule performance.

What You'll Do

Manage all phases of one large or several small/mid-sized projects.

Define scope, structure project teams, and lead scheduling and budgeting efforts.

Serve as the primary client contact—building trust and ensuring clear communication.

Develop fee proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor project profitability.

Oversee design development, working drawings, specs, and construction administration.

Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical excellence.

Track project progress, manage risk, and maintain alignment with firm standards.

Mentor and supervise staff, contribute to internal standards, and participate in knowledge‑sharing groups.

What You Bring

Substantial project management experience in architecture or interior architecture.

Proven ability to lead projects from planning through construction closeout.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or related field).

Professional license preferred (CID, ASID, LEED AP, Architect).

Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and team management.

Deep understanding of codes, construction methods, and sustainable practices.

Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.

Strong client‑facing skills and ability to manage profitability, risk, and staffing.
