Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to lead and manage audit engagements, ensure high-quality service delivery, and foster strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns for multiple clients
Demonstrating passion for the unique tax area
Identifying tax planning and consulting opportunities
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Proactively communicating and managing staff assigned to projects
Working on complex accounting and/or tax issues
Mentoring and training staff
Serving as a resource for partner on general returns
Qualifications
MS in Taxation, MPA, or BS in Accounting
CPA license and 5–7 years of public accounting experience
Excellent client service skills, strong oral, written, and presentation skills, and leadership ability
