About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Treasury Manager to lead our Corporate Capital Markets function. This role is critical to managing substantial cash and investment portfolios, optimizing float and interest income, and supporting the growth of global payment products through strategic foreign exchange management. The ideal candidate brings fintech and financial services expertise, deep knowledge of capital markets and treasury operations, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product and Engineering.
This is a high‑visibility role with direct responsibility for key financial resources and strategic processes.
Key Responsibilities Capital Markets & Investment Management
Lead the management and execution of corporate and FBO (For Benefit Of) customer funds portfolios, ensuring compliance with investment policies, liquidity requirements, and risk tolerance.
Oversee foreign exchange execution for commercial purposes, managing trading strategies, counterparties, and operational flow to support global payments.
Monitor global capital markets, interest rates, and credit risk exposures to inform investment strategy.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and debt covenants across all investment activities.
Build and maintain models for forecasting float balances, interest income, and related expenses.
Analyze portfolio performance and yield optimization, reporting financial impacts of rate changes.
Provide strategic input to annual and quarterly financial planning related to net interest income (NII).
Act as the Treasury partner for Product and Engineering teams, offering capital markets and FX expertise for new payment products.
Translate complex regulatory and market requirements into actionable product features and workflows.
Implement automation, AI, and advanced analytics to enhance treasury operations, including cash positioning, trading, and FX execution.
Treasury Operations & Risk
Manage banking relationships and monitor counterparty risk.
Oversee daily corporate and FBO cash management efficiently and securely.
Develop and refine treasury policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Required Qualifications
7–10+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or Corporate Finance, ideally within FinTech or technology.
Extensive experience managing complex investment portfolios (corporate and customer funds).
Hands‑on foreign exchange (FX) trading and commercial risk management experience.
Expertise in interest income forecasting, float optimization, and investment compliance.
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CTP highly preferred.
Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), automation tools, and leveraging AI/ML in treasury processes is a plus.
