Strong commitment to enhancing statistical and runtime performance
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in developing forecasting and scheduling algorithms
Knowledge of labor laws and constraints to inform scheduling decisions
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
Passion for customer service and improving support operations
