Overview:A reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Worker is needed to support daily material handling, inventory control, and shipping/receiving operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring that materials and finished goods are accurately stored, tracked, and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:Material Handling- Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials and components.
- Accurately label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pull and deliver materials to production areas according to work orders and schedules.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials promptly.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers and ensure shipments meet required deadlines.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and ESD handling requirements when applicable.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
- Basic computer skills for inventory entry and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Pay Range: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
