Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Training: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Shift After Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5pm

OverviewWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Client Services Coordinator to join our Phoenix team. In this call‑center–driven role, you will support plan sponsors by answering inbound calls and emails, troubleshooting client issues, and partnering with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in fast‑paced customer support environments, communicates clearly, and enjoys working cross‑functionally to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to plan sponsor email and phone inquiries, providing accurate solutions using established company policies.
- Manage a dedicated book of business, ensuring advisors and sponsors receive high‑quality service and administrative support.
- Set and manage client expectations to ensure alignment with process timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
- Identify and resolve system tickets at first contact whenever possible.
- Share data‑driven insights with product teams to support platform improvements and roadmap planning.
- Participate in scheduled client conference calls to provide plan updates and issue resolution progress.
- Create and manage service tickets, documenting all interactions within internal tools.
- Conduct timely follow‑ups to ensure complete and accurate issue resolution.
- Support complaint handling, escalate issues to Legal or Compliance when appropriate, and ensure proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills; experience supporting high‑volume communications.
- Excellent administrative, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Work Environment
- Corporate, collaborative environment.
- Hybrid model: 4 days onsite in Phoenix, 1 day remote.
- Must attend full onsite training for the first weeks of employment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
