Associate Transaction Services (Austin) Job at Agenda Health in Austin

Primary Objectives: Agenda Health is seeking a proactive, polished, and highly organized Associate to oversee the full lifecycle of our M&A transactions. Serve as the primary driver of transaction outcomes, leveraging internal resources and cross-team support as needed to ensure successful closings. Demonstrated deal experience is required in M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, or a related transaction-oriented role. Applications without clear deal experience will not be considered. Bachelors degree required; preferred fields include finance, business, or economics. Location: Ability to commute to our Austin, TX office Monday through Friday. Technology: Proficiency with HubSpot and Excel systems preferred.
