Pay Range: $25/hr - $30 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for benefit-related tickets from Customer Service, Operations, Claims, Sales, Appeals, and Executive teams
• Review and resolve benefit incidents across Fully Insured and Self-Funded plans
• Ensure timely resolution per SLAs
• Research client, product, and benefit setup across systems (FOS, CSIW, Health Rules Payor, Product Configurator)
• Provide clear, customer-appropriate written responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on benefit rules and setup

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 35 years related experience
• 4 years health insurance claims processing experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 4 years health insurance claims processing experience
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office
