AlphaX is hiring: Glass Production Labor in Los Angeles

We're hiring Glass Production Labor team members to support daily glass manufacturing and fabrication operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop environment with opportunities to grow your skills.

What You'll Do

• Support assembly, fabrication, packing, and material handling
• Assist with glass pulling and forklift operations as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work overtime and Saturdays when production requires

Requirements

• Experience as an Assembler, Fabricator, Packer, Glass Puller, or Forklift Operator (preferred)
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Manufacturing or glass experience a plus

Compensation

• $17–$25 per hour, depending on experience
