Job Description Pay Range: $28hr - $30hr Responsibilities The Manufacturing Technician 4 will work hands-on in a clean room environment supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle delicate materials while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The technician will support assembly, inspection, configuration, and shipment preparation activities in a fast-paced production setting. Work hands-on in a clean room environment for the majority of assigned duties. Handle, move, and transfer semiconductor wafer materials following established procedures. Perform cleaning, inspection, assembly, measurement, and shipment preparation activities. Operate laboratory equipment and configure modules to meet customer specifications. Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity when handling delicate materials. Execute tasks within a high-volume production line environment. Understand mechanical systems and end-to-end process flows. Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues and recommend solutions. Adjust equipment to achieve required operational parameters. Perform calculations and accurately enter production data. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality. Work independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative. Plan and execute work safely, efficiently, and within established timelines. Adapt to frequently changing priorities and deadlines. Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also working autonomously. Follow clean room protocols and all company quality management standards. Comply with all company policies and procedures related to quality and safety. Requirement/Must Have Hands-on experience working in a clean room environment. Experience handling semiconductor wafer materials. Strong understanding of manufacturing process flows. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or process issues. Strong attention to detail and precision in manual tasks. Ability to work on-site full time. Experience Five or more years of manufacturing-related experience preferred. Skills Strong mechanical aptitude. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with hand and machine tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of ESD practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to read and follow assembly and process documentation. Qualification And Education Associate degree or equivalent technical training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
