Job Description Job Description Mechanical and controls company seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. You'll work on systems ranging from 1 to 200 tons, including chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, hydronic systems, and building automation controls. Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional after-hours or weekend calls Responsibilities Service and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Troubleshoot and repair: Chillers and chilled/ hot water systems Cooling towers Air handlers and rooftop units Split systems and package units Central plants and hydronic loops Install and maintain BAS (Building Automation Systems) controls Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and findings Complete work orders and time sheets accurately and on time Requirements EPA certification Clean driver’s license 2 years of commercial HVAC experience Ability to pass a background check (required for government/commercial sites) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Professional appearance and good communication skills What We Provide Company service truck Company cell phone Training and support from a knowledgeable team Opportunity for growth in BAS and mechanical services Preferred (but not required) Experience with building controls Chiller service experience OSHA 10/30 certification Experience working on construction or retrofit projects Apply today and grow with a company that values skilled tradespeople.
