Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a customer-first attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and inspections Communicate effectively with customers and team members Maintain accurate service records Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Qualifications: 4 years of HVAC experience preferred EPA Certification required, NATE Certification a plus Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and in a team environment Benefits: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle Ongoing training and career development Schedule: 10-hour shift 8-hour shift On call Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Overtime pay Company Description Join the “Call an Old Friend” HVAC team at Jacksonville Heating Contractors, Trent Heating and Air, and Sea Air Heating and Cooling.
