Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who not only excels in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, but also has the communication skills and confidence to present replacement and upgrade options to homeowners. This is an ideal position for a tech who enjoys helping customers make informed decisions—and wants to earn additional income through sales commissions . Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with professionalism and accuracy. Educate homeowners on system conditions, repair vs. replacement options, and energy efficiency improvements. Present and close equipment replacement opportunities when appropriate. Maintain detailed service records and ensure customer satisfaction on every visit. Follow company safety and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of HVAC residential service experience. EPA certification required. Strong technical and customer communication skills. Ability to explain repair needs and system options clearly and honestly. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly/base pay.
