Job Description Job Description Job description: Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour Excellent Contract to Hire Opportunity for a Journeyman HVAC contractor! Looking to start ASAP. $35-38. Position is based out of Cherry Hill, NJ, and will be working in the surrounding areas. Ideally, will have the below and Strong technical knowledge of system design, installation, repair, and code compliance. Reliable, organized, and team-oriented, with strong communication and leadership skills. The Role As the Journeyman HVAC Contractor and Qualifying Licensee, you will: Work alongside technicians and apprentices to complete heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration projects safely, efficiently, and to code. Collaborate with a dedicated operations team that schedules and coordinates jobs—your focus is on executing and leading the work while reporting any inconsistencies or field issues. Ensure all work complies with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, HVACR Board regulations, and company safety protocols.
