$85,000-$90,000/annually

As the
Director of Dining Services , you will oversee all aspects of a corporate dining account, including
robust high-end and high-volume catering operations . You will serve as the primary client partner, lead a talented team, ensure exceptional food quality and service, and deliver seamless events ranging from daily meetings to large-scale, high-profile functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of elevated catering, and enjoys balancing hospitality excellence with strong financial performance. What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service across café, executive dining, and
high-end, high-volume catering
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal partners
Partner with the Executive Chef and leadership team to design creative menus for daily dining and
premium catered events
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability
Plan, execute, and elevate
large-scale, high-end catering events
with precision and consistency
Roll out new culinary programs, service models, and catering innovations
Ensure all operations meet Eurest standards for quality, safety, and guest satisfaction
Job Summary What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary, or related field preferred
3–5 years of foodservice leadership experience
Proven success in high-end, high-volume catering and production environments
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
A growth mindset with a passion for learning and advancement
Strong leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills
