About The Role: Join the Fresh Baguette team as a Purchaser and Warehouse Operator and become an integral part of ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain and warehouse operations. This is an hourly, full-time position where you will utilize your skills in procurement, inventory management, equipment operation, and teamwork in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your contributions will directly support our organization's logistical and operational success while preparing, receiving, storing, and delivering materials and products. Oversee receiving, labeling, picking, packing, and loading of trucks. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, packaging machines, scales and printing devices. Collaborate with other departments, staff groups, and customers to ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials and products. Stack and palletize products for efficient storage and transport. Relabel and relocate materials as needed to optimize warehouse organization. Follow established procedures for receiving, storing, picking, and unloading trucks. Ensure compliance with safety practices and protocols within the warehouse environment. Assist in any other activity inside-outside Cap8 required by superiors Assist in maintaining cleanliness, health, safety, and security standards throughout the facility. Inspect, prepare, load, unload, and operate delivery vehicles as required. Serve as a backup driver when needed to ensure timely deliveries. Assist the warehouse manager or team leads with any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. Warehouse Manager Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a warehouse member. Proficient in using technology, including smartphones, computers, and email systems. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of safety practices when using tools and equipment. Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with the local climate, including heat, humidity, and cold. Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, packaging machines, scales, and printing devices. Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations best practices. Willingness to assist in any activity related to warehouse operations, both within and outside the facility.
