Data is the lifeblood of every business, particularly digital organizations. You will join the Global Enterprise Data Management team that is focused on Data Warehouse, Analytics and Data Governance.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Architecting Analytics Solutions (20%)
Architect analytics solution leveraging a full SDLC, industry standards and best practices
Architect the data models within the Power BI analytics tool that will serve as the semantic layer to enable self‑service
Drive cross‑functional alignment on segmentations, metric technology definitions
Support cross‑functional alignment across data platform technologies, BI and visualization
Develop strategy for predictive, prescriptive analytics and machine learning
Reporting and Visualization (50%)
Develop dashboards and scorecards with Power BI to provide insights into business data
Drive development of metrics & segmentations that demonstrate the contribution and return of program spend
Develop prescriptive analytics visualizations and insights
Develop data quality dashboard to provide insights into identifying issues violating the data quality dimensions
Perform data quality checks on reports and dashboards
Provide insights into mitigating data quality risks through regular reporting and ad‑hoc analyses
Analysis and Assessment (20%)
Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for the Business Intelligence Analytics team
Document business needs into clearly defined and detailed functional requirements; drive the process of translating into User Stories/Use Cases prioritized for future development
Review and understand relevant business processes and workflows to ensure solutions deliver improved efficiencies and support achievement of objectives
Work with other teams to develop and procure data solutions that meet the organization’s reporting and analytics needs
Provide business insights and knowledge to ensure analytics framework can sustain business requirements
Identify opportunities to use analyses to answer core business questions and to support improved action‑oriented decision‑making
Project Management and Communication (10%)
Contribute to analytics project completion by ensuring project team is developing towards the planned architecture
Define architecture tasks, timeline and dependencies for analytics project completion
Adhere to the standards, process and change controls of the Business Intelligence‑Analytics team to ensure operational consistency
Provide regular updates to management as well as stakeholders regarding status and timing of projects
Understand and communicate changes to Data systems associated with the project
Assist in the development of training and knowledge transfer documentation

You are a strong collaborator with the ability to communicate complicated information in a clear, concise and actionable manner. You are highly organized and enjoy working on several projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. You consider yourself to be adaptable and flexible while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You are a lifelong learner.
What You've Accomplished:
10–14 years in Enterprise Business Applications / Analytics tools and platforms
5+ years Architecting Business Intelligence transformations (Power BI / Tableau)
5+ years Data Modeling, Data Cleansing, Data Profiling
3+ years within a B2B environment
Proficient in SQL Development (Stored procedures, triggers and functions)
Experience with CRM applications and Lead Generation / Sales analytics
Skilled in data modeling and statistical analysis to drive executive decision‑making
Experience selecting and rationalizing Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, like Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, SQL, etc.
Understanding of relational database management systems, such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server or Oracle
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technology leaders
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other quantitative discipline
Pluses: Agile Methodology, Power BI, SAP/HANA, Cassandra Database experience

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is $120,500 – $183,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
