Opportunity:
Physician - Surgery - Cardiovascular
Job Details:
• Provide hospital-based/rounding coverage for cardiovascular surgery services• Cover night and weekend shifts with 24-hour call responsibilities• Handle approximately 2 cases per day in state-of-the-art operating facilities• Call coverage required 2-3 weekends per month• Perform various vascular procedures including aneurysm repair, carotid artery endarterectomy, femoral bypass surgery, and fistula creation• Conduct endovascular and open surgical reconstruction for deep vein occlusions• Provide endovascular therapy for peripheral artery disease (PAD) and gangrene of the limbs• Treat various vascular conditions including vascular malformations, nutcracker syndrome, lymphedema, venous wounds, carotid stents, and varicose veins• Must be board certified in Vascular Surgery• Must have completed Vascular Surgery Fellowship• Maintain active Pennsylvania medical license or willingness to obtain one• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications• Clean malpractice history required• Local providers preferred• Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days• Travel expenses reimbursed including flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standard rate
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
