Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with active ME or compact license and required certifications to work in a perioperative setting.
Responsibilities
* Work in the Operating Room and perioperative environment
* Duties include circulating, scrubbing, and recovery (PACU) responsibilities as needed
* Assignment length is 13 weeks on a day shift schedule
* May rotate to Pre-Op or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
* Responsible for delivering safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care during the perioperative period
* Ability to effectively communicate with members of the perioperative team is essential
* Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and support organizational values
* COVID-19 vaccination is required
Requirements
* Active RN license in ME or Compact state required
* Minimum of 1 year of recent OR experience required
* Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
* CNOR certification preferred
