**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of property rules as required.
• Communicate professionally with guests and staff, offering assistance and directions as needed.
• Document observations and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
