Responsibilities Engineer the Future: Collaborate with product development teams to make designs more manufacturable and assembly-friendly.
Build from the Ground Up: Design, set up, and launch new manufacturing lines for next-generation products.
Drive Innovation: Partner with machinery suppliers to define requirements, qualify equipment, and integrate automation that boosts safety and productivity.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Work hand-in-hand with our CI team to deploy sustainable process enhancements across multiple locations.
Analyze & Optimize: Use data-driven insights to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency.
Lead with Impact: Prioritize projects, manage timelines, and deliver solutions that meet—and exceed—customer expectations.
Qualifications Education: BS in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), PLC/CNC programming, and Microsoft Office.
Process Expertise: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other improvement tools.
Mindset: High energy, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for growth.
Bonus Points: Knowledge of fenestration or related industries
