Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily financial activities, provide strategic insights, and ensure the companys financial stability and compliance with regulations. This role requires a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. A successful Finance Manager will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop strategies to optimize company profitability through cost management and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering development and continuous improvement.
- Present financial reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders for decision-making purposes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role, with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
- Proficient in financial management software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, and corporate finance principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
