## Job Description# Release Train Engineer - AtlantaWe are seeking an experienced **Release Train Engineer (RTE)** to serve as a **servant leader and ART coach**, driving alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across Agile Release Trains (ARTs). This role is critical in enabling predictable delivery, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring organizational agility at scale.* 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).* 2+ years of people management experience.* Proficiency in Rally (or Jira), PowerPoint and Tableau* Financial industry experience* Strong understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile principles.* Proven ability to coach and train ART teams, Scrum Masters, and leadership.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.* Proficiency in CoPilot (or similar) and Miro* Experience facilitating large-scale Agile events and workshops. #J-18808-Ljbffr
