**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access control at the facility entrance, verifying credentials and logging visitors as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with facility staff and first responders as needed.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior within the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and/or maintenance issues observed during the shift.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
